Great product and warranty good for honouring it
I haven't used it yet because I'm enjoying my other purchase of the Gold!
It is awesome. It it costly but it is worth every penny. I got a unit that needed replacement (under warranty) and customer service was serviceable and speedy. I got my replacement and it works like a charm. I recommend Platinum to any person that expects a deluxe shave plus second to none customer service. Thanks!!
Not really. But if you have trouble with the Platinum Handle. The easier option is to have customer service send out a new handle. My case was in the 30 day return or cash back. I have a new handle and it seems to be working proper. Time will tell if the new handle lasts the warranty period
Skull shaver helped me out through customer service and suggested purchasing extended warranty which enabled me to receive a brand new unit....other wise i would of had to pay $300 plus...thank you Skull Shaver.
